With my limited knowledge of F1, I would say that Ferrari feels obligated to keep Schumi on.. They got rid of Ross, he won both WCC and WDC titles in his first year.. Imagine what a 7xWDC can do to transfer a team.
If I can ask you what exactly Michael's role at Ferrari is, you might say that he's a consultant.. Doing what exactly ?? Improving Massa's chances of winning and sabotaging Kimi's chances of winning, he's morale..

Going back to Schumacher and what you were sayin lol.. I think i heard hes getting paid pretty nice to be on the sidelines for Ferrari. If a contract is really whats holding him there then so be it, but I hope it wont be the last time we see him. About Ferraris domanance those first years and so on. i think it has alot to do with the timing of chances and someone with a really good idea.. Brawn/Schu/ and i know im forgetting someone else think it was a aero or technician that was also just godlike.. and that combination gave ferrari that brilliance and domanance! I hope and pray that Ferrari can deliver for Massa and Alonso - Im tired of seing these wanna be Ferrari Merc powered teams.. Ferrari deserves all the credit for Mercedes recent for of success in the last 3 years..(ever since ferrari docs were stolen Merc has been on top) what ever was in those documents must have been Gold to Macca.. cheating bastards!!
