Cowboys-Eagles inactives - Michael Vick No. 3 QB

Full story: The Dallas Morning News

No surprises on the Cowboys' part, but Michael Vick is the Eagles' No. 3 quarterback, which means he cannot play until the fourth quarter if Philadelphia wants to use Donovan McNabb again.

That's better dear! Get your mind on the game and life that is REAL, not your fake fantasyland where you believe this forum has some value to your psyche...its clearly damaging you and stunting you in ways that merit professional help.

It is undisputed that all serial killers started out as torturers of animals. While it is a logical fallacy to therefore pronounce Vick a serial killer, it is also not exactly the kind of esteemed company one would like to share. There is no doubt that Vick has antisocial tendencies, which explains his ability to issue apologies on demand without actually caring. Contrast this with Donte Stallworth who hit a man when drunk (the victim was apparently himself also drunk); and there is evidence that Stallworth might have hit him even if not drunk, but Stallworth seemed to have genuine remorse. He may have been a fool for driving drunk, but he's not a torturer and monster, which Vick indeed is.

Advocate need remain vigilant and speak for animals because they can't do it themselves. Remember the 1980 Sido court case when then- SF/SPCA President Rich Avanzino challenged a will that called for destroying a dog because the owner had died? That special bill turned into a law that allows for animals to have limited rights. Read again Christie Keith's interview with Rich Avanzino. Sido lived with Mr. Avanzino for another 6 years.

And Michael Vick is still playing in the NFL, still working with the Humane Society, still going out to live his life and no one is bothering him for anything other than his autograph. He is still wealthy, he is still driving a great big 2010 Benz, he's still going to get another contract with a bunch of guaranteed money and still going to go on...you are the one whose stuck. Wayne Pacelle made it clear which road he'd rather be on, the one that takes him to the future, not the one that remains in the past. Serenity is a good thing.

Agreed, but this bunny will never understand that never. Why won't she ever understand that? For all the things you just mentioned. Nothing to do with animals. If she was all that concerned with animal welfare she would put the energy into it, as opposed to posting 24/7 with multiple names on Topix, a forum that is for the most part meaningless. Not to mention she has been doing it for more than two years.

And what do you believe the effect of your boycott has been? The regular season of the NFL has ended, did you succeed in convincing any of their sponsors to not advertise during the games? Have the ratings suffered? Did the league lose any revenue due to your boycott? What was the impact on the league? Was there one? Provide any links to show the revenue droppings that you succeeded in causing with your boycott.

Daily Horoscope for March 19

Gemini

Unexpected upsets may trip you up today, but what you may not realize is that you unconsciously orchestrated some of these events. As the passing Moon continues to pass through your twelfth house of subconscious matters, you may find both your need for, and fear of change, coming into conflict. Take a deep breath and stay in low gear while your energies are at a low ebb.
