Former starting tight end Leonard Pope and four-year Cardinals safety Aaron Francisco were among 21 players cut by Arizona to reach the NFL's 53-man limit.

The Arizona Cardinals have signed center Melvin Fowler to a one-year contract. The team also released center Donovan Raiola.

The Cardinals just announced three roster moves, their first of training camp thus far.
