ESPN has listed off each team's "biggest needs" following the 2012 NFL Draft and Free Agency.

I actually had Melvin Ingram 18th on my board so I can't hate this pick, but I had Whitney Mercilus, Nick Perry, and Courtney Upshaw higher than Ingram at this position, though they filled arguably their biggest need here.

Okay, it took a while to write this and I'll tell you why. Prior to the NFL Draft, I couldn't come up with five reasons for optimism.

Value is a term thrown around quite liberally at the time of the NFL Draft, but no matter what your definition of the word value is, there's no denying the fact that the San Diego Chargers made a number of value picks in this year's selection extravaganza.
