Good Article. That said...Russell is an idiot. You don't ever throw blame on someone else or the whole team...and say you ave nothing to do with it....You will never rally the team with that attitude.
I would like to see him grow up and quit being a punk. However I am a realist. We need O-Line help bad...that's our biggest issue. Glad DHB caught a couple...but we need more than a couple. When will Gallery be back? Schilens?

what a loss! we as RAIDER fans don't even know what will happen anymore. we would be able to just say ahh, no big deal, we'll win next week. now every week i just wach the game. i cheer when something is going good. but for the most part? speechless! sometimes it;s russell sometimes it's (D) sometimes (O)line, sometimes it's the (wr') or the coaching staff!(LOL) man, i guess it's our whole team! we got chargers next. gallery and schilens will be evaluated wednesday. see what happens. we still should have played descently good. we've been without them playing ok. whatever! OH I'M SO CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!(lol) but, still doing ok. today is my birthday so i ain't gonna stress today. going out today to eat some red lobster in a few more hours!=)

I don't agree with this article. All three turnovers should have been prevented by Russell. First, he should have sensed the rush and protect the ball. Second, he had no business throwing when his vision was blocked. Third (the one that was most upsetting), Watkins beat his man and Russell merely had to throw it to the inside and let Watkins run to the ball (this is not the first time Russell has done this). Russell stating that he put the ball in position for Watkins to make a play, truely shows that he did not recognize that Revis was alone. What is the common thread? All three involved vision (and understanding) of the field. Maybe the Raiders should take the red (protection) jersey off of Russell in practice and let the Defense go at him at full speed, so Russell get some game-sense knocked into him.
