The New Orleans Saints have re-signed Herb Donaldson. The New Orleans Saints will bring back undrafted rookie tailback Herb Donaldson to the practice squad Thursday to replace tailback P.J. Hill, who was signed to the Philadelphia Eagles' active roster on Wednesday, General Manager Mickey Loomis said.
