The second week of the Ravens organized team activity has concluded and Head coach John Harbaugh, along with the teams' coordinators spoke to the media following the OTA's. Attendance among veterans this week was down.

Baltimore Ravens fullback Vonta Leach was ranked as theA 45th best player A on the NFL Network's Top 100 Players of 2012.

Can everyone just chill about all the Ravens missing from this week's OTAs? Yes, there are some prominent names missing.

The Ravens second week of OTA's were not particularly well attended. Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Haloti Ngata, Anquan Boldin, Vonta Leach, Bryant McKinnie, Bernard Pollard, Marshall Yanda and plenty of others did not attend.

AFC Championships , Baltimore , Billy Cundiff , Ed Reed , John Harbaugh , Mini Camps , NFL , OTA's , Ravens , ray lewis , Ray Rice , Super Bowl ESPN's Sal Palantonio called into The Norris and Davis Show to talk about the Raven's OTA's , the Ray Rice contract situation, and Billy Cundiff.

I feel like I have to preface every one of these post-OTA observation blogs by offering the reminder that drawing any conclusions from these workouts would be foolish on my part.

Subtract a reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year from the lineup of almost any team, and a lost season is likely in the offing.

The Baltimore Ravens will be holding an Organized Team Activity today at their Owings Mills, Maryland Training Facility.

When you think of current, great defensive players, there are a number of players that come to mind.

Pessimism seems to surround the Ravens . Ed Reed is starting to become a sideshow, Ray Rice is locked in an intense contract negotiation and Terrell Suggs is ailing.

The Ravens conducted their first full organized team activity workout at the Castle this week - however, most of the veteran players were not there.

New Ravens DC Dean Pees must overcome a devastating injury to Terrell Suggs in his first season at the helm.

Opening statement: "Good to see everybody. It's been awhile. Good to have everybody back.

Imagine if the Baltimore Ravens had to go through a season without those guys. Suggs is already expected to miss significant time, if not the entire season.
