The lawyer for former Minnesota Vikings punter Chris Kluwe on Thursday condemned an investigation into alleged anti-gay remarks by special teams coordinator Mike Priefer as a "charade" and pledged to sue the team.

Vikings long snapper Cullen Loeffler, named by former punter Chris Kluwe as a witness to alleged homophobic remarks made by an assistant coach, said Tuesday he might be retaining a lawyer in the matter.
