Glendale, Ariz. Now, the Seahawks need to start playing for the future. The 31-20 loss to Arizona on Sunday leaves the Seattle Seahawks at 3-6 while the NFC West-leading Cardinals moved to 6-3 with a sweep of the Hawks.

Friday practice report: Locklear to start at OT

After practice today Seahawks head coach Jim Mora said that offensive tackle Sean Locklear will get his first action since suffering a high-ankle sprain against San Francisco in the second game of the season, starting at left tackle for Seattle at Arizona on Sunday.

I'm not usually one to harp on the officials, but two questionable pass interference calls on Seahawks cornerback Marcus Trufant really cost Seattle in the first half as they've fallen behind Dallas 21-10. Despite the score, the Seahawks are doing some encouraging things.

Patchwork offensive line is a prime Seahawks problem
