Clemens, Hicks, Horton highlight Redskins' final cuts

The Washington Redskins trimmed their roster to the required 53-man limit on Saturday by waiving 24 players, including quarterback Kellen Clemens, offensive lineman Artis Hicks and safety Chris Horton.
