For the second season in a row injuries are taking a toll on the Arizona Cardinals backfield before the season even starts, and a team that was hoping it would have both its top two backs ready for the 2012 season opener now isn't sure if it will have either.

It's a day after the 'Rookie' Minicamps and the Cardinals have signed 4 players to their 90 man offseason roster, bringing the total number of players on this team to 89.

On the same day the Arizona Cardinals officially kicked off their 2012 offseason program, the team re-signed three of its own restricted free agents.

Cornerback Greg Toler and safety Rashad Johnson also received one-year contract offers.
