Savannah's standing as an emerging foodie outpost is, to borrow from chef Emeril Lagasse, about to be taken up a notch.

The Brookfield Historical Society will hold its annual Strawberry Festival on Sunday, May 26, after the town's Memorial Day parade.

The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival is over for 2013, and Starship closed out the Flower Power concert series.

The festival was held at St Mary's Church, Church Green, on Saturday and an estimated 4,000 people enjoyed food and drink produced within a 30-mile radius.
