Not only that, they are priced higher than regular mixes. Just like with gluten free bakeries, people with Celiac, like me, are getting robbed. It's ridiclous to charge so much more for using a different type of flour. The bakeries are the worst with high prices and it appears as if they're cashing-in on this problem. |

Not sure bakeries are actually cashing in. As a parent of a child with celiac disease, I've been shopping for gluten free deserts for the last 11 years. I wish the prices were lower, but I understand the market (relative to gluten filled bakeries) is very narrow.
