Gonder June 18/2013 Three farmers' cooperatives unions in North Gondar Zone, Amhara State secured over three million USD from export of sesame in the current Ethiopian year, zonal cooperatives promotion office said.

Representatives from four bordering states in Ethiopia and Sudan have agreed to work closely to prevent cross-border crimes in a meeting between the two sides.

Ethiopian Authority for Research and Conservation of Cultural Heritage said it has allotted 6 million birr to watch and conserve the heritages of the country.

Gondar May 9/2013 Over 24 million Birr revenue is secured from nearly 22,000 tourists, who visited tourist attraction sites in North Gonder Zone of Amhara State during the last nine months, the zonal culture and tourism department said.
