The Government needs to do more than encourage, they need to put legal resources at the bewildered homeowner/generators disposal. It's apparent that the utilities are inept at administering the programs and need not only a wake up call but legislative direction as to how to handle the solar PV industry. The Solotorows deserve better for their efforts. |

I think that more and more legislation should be passed for green technology.
