I would like to see this plan also. In countries like India and China where factories are relocating, the minimum wage average in China is about 4.00 a week. In India it is about 7.00 a week. How do you make American manufacturing competitive with labor rates that low?

How will he "create" jobs from thin air when he did not have the resources to keep the 9,000 jobs that were already here?
