Crist, Cabinet OK Progress Energy's bid for new nuclear plant

Despite some passionate pleas from environmentalists, Gov. Charlie Crist and the Florida Cabinet on today unanimously approved Progress Energy's bid to build a nuclear power plant in Levy County.
