SUMMARY: On the eve of World AIDS Day, the National AIDS Fund and Bristol-Myers Squibb -- which produces antiretroviral drugs including efavirenz and atazanavir -- announced a plan to launch in January 2010 a new long-term initiative, dubbed "Positive Charge," to help overcome barriers to HIV treatment and provide support to patients.
