Fentanyl among 'most dangerous' abused drugs

MANITOWOC -- Victor Gadzinski, 39, was found dead at his residence in the 1300 block of South 13th St. on Feb. 9. Toxicology tests showed that fentanyl was a contributing factor to his death and that he had more than three times the therapeutic range on the drug in his system.
