So they would rather you sit in a bar and drink, then get in your car and drive home? Let them buy the 6 pack, take it home, and drink it front of the TV. My old man did this all of his life and never caused a drunk driver accident or got a DUI. He would bring it home and only drink at home. He didn't want to be out in public and take the risks involved with drinking and driving.
They need to rethink the wording before they pass this law.

These changes are long overdue. Up until last March the Commonwealth of PA (LCB) was the single largest wholesale spirits buyer in the world only to be trumped by COSTCO. Let the marketplace drive down costs and convenience by allowing other venues to sell. Hold all participants to standards which protect society and adhere to statute on alcohol.
