Let's see:
2009 Vuelta: started in Netherlands;
2010 Giro: will start in Netherlands;
2010 Tour: will start in Netherlands...

Only one of those three events, was accused by Le Monde newspaper of 'fleeing' the nasty rats that infest l'AFLD (heh heh: no need for me to embellish; their actions speak for themselves...)
