got a dui in sept 2011, im on county probation, monthly check ins and everything, ive don't everything except get my drivers license reinstated and get the interlock going im on probation for two years, have had any other convictions since sept 2011 dmv drivers record says eligibility date 3-19-2013. what my question is is since ive waited for a year without a drivers license still will I still need to get the interlock

2003 i got my 2nd dui in oregon state, did everything i was suppose to. somehow though my general back ground check says i have 1 dui :D yay right? wrong, my finger prints ran through the fbi data base thanks to a army recruiter came back saying i have 3. and in all i only really have 2.
