The Vermont State Police just released the names of the two men that former Vermont State Trooper Eric Howley is alleged to have assaulted on April 8. According to the VSP, Aton Pike, age 21, of Wilmington, and Mark Ellison, age 21, of West Wardsboro, were boating in a canoe on Lake Raponda when Howley arrived, looking for his own stolen canoe. Comment?
