Court proceedings in the case of a Williamsburg man charged with 22 counts of possessing, reproducing or distributing child pornography were delayed Thursday. A new trial was set for March 20. Matthew John Stickle, 43, was scheduled to face a jury trial but the case was continued on a defense motion, arguing their court appointed internet forensics expert, Domingo J. Rivera, was unable to thoroughly review evidence related to the case. Comment?

Authorities have arrested a man and a juvenile after they allegedly broke into a home in Williamsburg and stole marijuana. Williamsburg police say 19-year-old Terrance Andretti Martin Jr. and a juvenile were masked and armed when they broke into a home in the 1500 block of Ernestine Avenue in May 2014 to steal marijuana. Comment?

Two of the three people accused of killing a Williamsburg women in July of 2013 pleaded guilty to first degree murder as part of a plea deal in Williamsburg-James City County Circuit Court on Monday. Dana Patterson Mackay, age 42, was found dead by a neighbor inside her Teal Way home on July 27, 2013. Comment?
