• Man reportedly under the influence dies in crash

  Yesterday | via Colusa County Sun Herald 

  One man, whom the California Highway Patrol said may have been under the influence of narcotics, died in a Sunday morning crash west of Williams, and two local residents were arrested as part of a DUI checkpoint operation in downtown Colusa Friday night.

  Hector Manuel Bermudez, 37, of Yuba City, was arrested at 6:43 p.m. May 25 by Williams police on Virginia Way at Teri Drive, on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence.
