I was convicted as a habitual traffic offender but never recieved notcie of it from the BMV. They are showing that I'm just suspended for the refusal of breathalyzer test and am due for reinstatement this November. Will they reinstate me then turn around and suspend my license for the habitual traffic offender for the balance of 8 more years?

i live in indiana and i recently got arrested for a dui and they also charged me with neglect of a dependant because my son was in the car. i wasnt actually driving the car it was parked with two flat tires because my sons uncle cut them. i passed all the field sobriety tests but i blew a .10 on the Breathalyzer and the legal limit is .08 now cps is involved. i havnt met with them yet but im afraid that when i do their gunna take my son. i dont know how to fix this huge disaster. plz help me

I am on probation is marshal county located in Indiana for a DUI misdemeanor offense and was sentenced to 1 year probation, classes, 1 year jail suspended and license suspension.
