A drunk teenage driver hit our ford escape that was parked in the driveway of our home and then went on to hit our house before he came to a complete stop. We have rec'd some money for repairs and replacement of my vehicle, but what I am wondering is what would be a fair overall settlement. The insurance company is Farmers (and they have been nice up until we got a new adjuster) and now this other one is being pushy and wanting us to hurry up and finish work and clean up so that we can sign off on the accident. I informed her that I was not going to sign off until we knew if we had foundation trouble. The car hit below my sons room on a non load bearing wall. It did jolt loose some of the bricks on the other wall and we want to make sure everything is good before we sign anything.

I live in the country and want to start hunting again but don't want to ever get arrested for a felon with a firearm. Can this be undone. Also can I have my 15 license revoke back dated to 2007 arrest date instead of 2009 conviction date?
You would have to seek a pardon to own a weapon and that will have to wait for 10 years. They use the date of the...
I got a DUI in Nebraska 2 years ago, my license was suspended for almost a year, but I have had it back now for over a year. I don't know if I ever paid my reinstatement fee in NE. I still have my Iowa license so I figured that I am valid, but if I get pulled over will it show that I am valid? If so, only in Iowa?
Check with your local DMV for the status of your license.
I thought I would be proactive and start doing AA meetings so I go 4 times a week, but I was told that the judge will now think I'm an alcoholic? I took a evaluation and it said that I'm not, and that I should take a DUI class which I have.
