My husband got deported the 1st time for a DUI and this last time for 2nd degree burglary . We have 3 children and 1 on the way , he was our main source of income now I have none to really help me . Please let me know and thank you .

Afew years ago i was charged and convicted with a neg driving 1. And i didn't have a license. I stopped driving ever since and i never got sr22 because i dont drive. I was supposed to have it until 2013, do i still need it if i want to get a license?
