• EL man extradited for criminal sexual conduct

  The 49-year-old Elbow Lake man convicted for first degree criminal sexual conduct in 2010 for kidnapping his stepdaughter from the WestRidge Mall and sexually assaulting her has been extradited to Douglas County, Ga., for alleged sexual contact with two underage girls in 2007 - one of them reportedly the same person who he kidnapped.
