The cop followed me from my place of employment at a local bar, than I went through MC Donalds to grab a bite to eat and the cop circled the McDonalds three times waited in a parking lot with another officer than when I pulled out was right back on me and two minutes down the road pulled me over, after asking for mine and my vechile information he than asked me " Did you just pull out of the bar?" I answered Yes I am the bartender. He than asked me three times in a row if I had been drinking and I had not and told him that, he than had another officer give me a field sobriety test by the time this was all done I now had three cops cars behind me and five cops standing around me, I am a 4'11 120lb girl who was not drunk and it was almost two am is this legal?

I received around $2500 in court fees and fines, and a jail sentence of 21 days in August of last year. My fees/fines are due 2/11/2013. Since my release from jail I've lost my job, and have been looking ever since. I recently moved in with some friends close to town to increase the likely hood of finding a job, although it is still very hard due to my lack of a drivers license. I've had a couple of interviews, but I've failed the background check every time. I'm expecting a little over $1000 in tax refunds and plan to use all of it to make a payment on my fines. The story - Had 3 beers and shared a little margarita over the course of two plus hours.Took my friend home and as i pulled into the driveway I was bluelighted. Told I failed to come to a complete stop at the sop sign (which as memory serves I very much did) and failure to use turn signal (which I didnt (it was residential)). drug test says I had 500 ng/l oxycodone (prescribed 6 30 mg per day) and 40 ng/ml Xanax (prescribed 1mg x2 a day) and it also said I had amphetamine which I suppose is like adhd medicine but I do not take that so I don't know why it showed up. the amphetamine did not register how many ng/ml there was. would it be possible to get it amended to a lesser charge?

I had drank directly after the accident and know my BAC is slightly higher.
