State police say three Sunmount employees have been arrested and are charged with assaulting a 35-year-old resident of the facility in Tupper Lake. Callum King was charged with Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent Person 1st Degree, a class E Felony, Assault 3rd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, and Official Misconduct, a class A Misdemeanor. Comment?

Police say three employees were arrested for allegedly assaulting an incompetent person at the Sunmount Office for Persons with Developmental Disabilities. Police say on April 19 around 8 p.m. in the Central Intensive Treatment building, 23-year-old Callum King, 20-year-old Carter Hayes, both of Tupper Lake, and 23-year-old Dylan Holmes of North Bangor, all participated in an attack on the victim, a 35-year-old male, by throwing him on the floor and hitting him in his head and back, causing bruising and abrasions.
