CDA Press reported yesterday that an Idaho Police Officer who fatally shot a pet dog has received a pay cut after the shooting was ruled unjustified. Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Police Officer David Kelley received a wage reduction of $3.15 per hour - a pay cut that went into effect on Oct. 1. In September, KHQ News reported that Officer Kelley's shooting of a dog named Arfee was ruled unjustified. Comment?
