  • Police Make Arrest in Costco Assault

    The Clarkstown Detective Bureau arrested Shaquille White Dec. 1 for the assault of a fellow co-worker on Nov. 28. The incident occurred at the Costco at 50 Overlook Blvd. in Nanuet, early in the morning of Black Friday, before the box store was open. White, 19, turned himself in at the Clarkstown Police Department.

I am hoping to get a conditional license if I am convicted, will I not be able to get one in NY if I live in NJ? I never got a NJ license because it isn't my permanent residence.
