My family and I have a vacation planned to fly out of state. I'm keeping my probation a secret from one of the people I'm traveling with. If I told the Prob. officer the plan and received permission, is it brought out at the airport? If I do not inform the Prob. officer, will it be noticed at airport? What if I do not have permission for Prob. officer? I can not have it shown during my trip! I plan on speaking with the lawyer from my case. My probation can not be noticed from someone that's going with me!!

I wasent clear the first time.I have a 209a on an ex and he violated it 2-3 times.. He came within 100 yeards had 3rd party contact and addressed me in person.. I have medical documentation from the out patiant abulatory surgery unit for an ermergancy dnc.. so their is some assult.. I am scared for my life. What can be done?

I was told in court that i would lose my license for 45 days. However I received paperwork in the mail saying suspension for 180 days for refusing the breathalyzer. I was wondering if it would just be 45 days due to the fact that I plead guilty and said that the charges were accurate

Hey last night I was charged by my residential director for being intoxicated in public even though I was in a friends room and the only time i spent outside was the time it took my get out of my friend's car to get into my friend's room. Apart from that, they tried to make me confess to random things like drugs which i didn't even do when i wasn't sober just to try to get something out of me. Currently, I'm going to be tried from public intoxication, alcohol abuse, and noise policy. is there anything i can do to minimize the damage?

In March 2011, after a year and a half of the incident, the DA cut me a deal and reduced my DUI charge to reckless driving with 1 year unsupervised probation. With 2 months left to got pulled over for an expired inspection sticker and charged with a DUI by the same officer. I did a field sobriety and the preliminary breathalyzer (.09) but refused the one at the police station. I doubt it will go to trial until after my probation is over, but will I still be in violation of probation? Will my Reckless driving charge get brought back up to a DUI?
