I was arrested for a dwi, I also was under the influence of anxiety and heart medication. Due to this I have absolutely no recollection of threatening the officer. I have never been in trouble before and I would never hurt anyone. Since then I have began counceling and a recovery program. I am facing a 1st degree felony charge. How can I be liable for something I don't remember saying and while I was under the influence?
