It sounds to me as if you need an attorney. It's not entirely clear if you were drinking or gave a breath test or blood...
I'm 28 years old from Oklahoma I was in my very first auto accident about a month and a half ago. I have been receiving treatment for this accident for 3 weeks now. My fiancé and I were on our way home a few nights ago and were driving in the interstate an was rear ended and we flipped our car and I believe my injuries have been complicated now. My question is my girlfriend has full coverage and uim as well. Do I need to consult with my attorney about the new accident. And how will it be handled. I just don't want my fiancé to be sued in the long run because the driver of the other vehicle left the scene I the accident!
Yes, you will need to advise your attorney. You can tell him your concerns. He is obligated to follow your directions....
If there is insurance on the vehicle but cant find the documents will they still charge you?
That is tough to answer. There are many possible variables. Are you on probation for any of the DUIs? Therefore, you'...
My brother had his 2nd court appearance this morning for a DUI 2 months ago. The judge set a new court date for 3/22/13. We had a few words with his lawyer and left the courthouse. About an hour later, he called the lawyer to drop off payment and she informed us that the court filed and "application to revoke", and there was a warrant for his arrest and that the best thing to do would be to turn himself in. Why didn't the court say anything about that when we were in there? What does this mean? Also, this is not his first offense. I believe that his driver's license was suspended at the time and he has had alcohol related offenses in the past including another DUI. Any advice would be appreciated since this current attorney doesn't seem to know what is going on??? Thank you!
What you describe is an attempt by the court revoke his bond and release conditions. There is most likely something...
On probation for 5 years, felony DUI deferred sentence, was set to be resolved early 2014. Had a job offer in west Texas, lost the offer due to possible HR error. Hiring managers still interested in hiring me. Took loss of job hard, received aggravated DUI. That has now been filed as a felony. Think I have chance to get into drug court, which should get both charges dismissed and sealed if successfully complete drug court? Now the company that denied me is interested in hiring me, but would have to move from OK to Texas. Case has not went to trial yet. May be a couple months. Can I move to Texas now for job if they still want me? If sentenced to drug court in OK, can I transfer that to Texas to complete? Not trying to get out of drug court, just transfer if possible. Thank you.
I suggest consulting with a few local criminal defense attorneys. Most will offer a free consultation and they should...
my husband violated probation in 2008, in Florida for his 2nd dui, in 2012 he was arrested for his 3rd dui tulsa ok, his illegal here and was released on a bond does that does that mean he still has an active warrant if he was released from jail?, the jail called over to florida sheriffs office and they said they were not going to extradite him what does that mean?
If he were released from jail in OK, he could still have a Florida warrant. I strongly suggest you provide us with more...

Highly unlikely, but consult with a local DUI attorney. Good luck.
