I was pulled over for wearing headphones while driving.The officer gave me a field sobriety test which I passed with flying colors.He also gave me a breathalyzer test-blew total zeros.The officer still didn't believe that I wasn't on something at this point.When I asked him why that was,he told me "because you turned off your headlights and locked your car when you got out".He took me to get a blood test and booked me.I had to spent the night and half a day in jail with inmates and only managed to get out on $500 bail since the test results take "a month" to receive.I am 100% sure I will pass the test and was stone cold sober at the time (no drugs,medications,or alcohol AT ALL).I believe the officer didn't think I was on drugs and just wanted to put me in jail.

I got my first DUI (negotiated to DWAI) with a blood level was .157. I completed all my alcohol classes, MADD panel, community service, etc. ASAP . I was sentenced to 18 months probation and sobriety. I have not missed a test and all tests have been negative. On Feb. 1, 2013 I will have completed half of my sentence. my probation officer offered to send in early release of my probation which takes 4-8 weeks. She also said there is a chance it will be denied and they will want me to complete 12 months before releasing me. I have also been advised that if I write to the judge directly I may have a better chance of getting a yes of early release. I can see how a personal letter may be better. I am doing ETGs every month and just want to be done. Whats the best way to go about this request?

I was pulled over for speeding and admitted to having 2 beers about an hour and a half previuosly. I was asked to give a breath or roadside and declined but offered a blood sample, but when i got to jail the officer told me that since i refused the tests that it was a mandatory 1 year loss of license, but I offered a blood specimen. The officer told me that it was to late and would be up to the nurse. I explained to him that he never told me it would be a one year loss of license for refusal and that I offered a blood specimen. He said once again sorry it was to late and that it would now be up to the nurse and her supervisor. HELP
