After checking in with the probation office , I asked if I was required to do anything like check ins and was told as long as I stayed out of trouble , the next time I would see them is for my first court date next month . The only testing I have been made aware of is with my OASES counselor . Am I currently subject to any drug / alcohol tests through conditional probation ?
