I was involved in a collision and when the cops came they gave neither parties a ticket and found no one at fault and I had drank and admitted to 1 beer. Does the officer still have the right to ask me to take a field sobriety test? Please note that no one was injured in this collision.. I was neither walking funny or slurring I did 2 FST's and then on the third one ( where you keep one leg up) after 12 seconds my leg fell down and I put it back up for another 10 seconds and fell down and then officer arrested me..
