After getting pulled over an officer stuck a PBT in my face and told me to blow so I did. He then put me in handcuffs and read a statement to me about accepting or refusing a breathalyzer. I was confused because he had just given me a test so I refused. I was charged with DUI Less Safe. Why would he administer a breathalyzer and THEN ask whether I accept or refuse?

I was in an accident in 04/2007 I was not driving but was a passenger in my own car, during the ride the driver wrecked the car ejecting me from the vehicle and leaving me for dead. The ambulance arrived, took me to the hospital which I was picked up by my mother and grandmother the next morning. I received no tickets from anyone stating that there were any charges against me so I continued on my way. a few days later the guy who was driving contacted me about his handgun that he had left and needed to get it back, the police confiscated it and he later went and picked it up. I knew nothing of any of theses charges against me (DUI less safeand too fast for conditions) I found out by reporting a vandalism claim at my home and was arrested for a contempt of court warrant, over 5 years ago

On probation from a previous DUI conviction. Recieved a 2nd dui almost a year later. Got jail time for probation violation. Was granted probation again and placed on expensive house arrest alcohol monitoring. Haven't attend court yet to contest the 2nd charge. If in court the charges are reduced and or dropped from the probation violating 2nd DUI (to lets say a reckless driving). Will the results of the ending verdict have any effect on the probation monitoring from the first charge? Or is it in the hands of the first probation granting judge? Im sure if I am convicted then additional probation charges and stipulations will come into play. But I'm not sure about the opposite. Can I negotiate with the judge to lower my probation monitoring, or will they just bleed me dry anyway?

I was arrested for driving with a revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident (although the other driver was not hurt). Having an open container. And, later, contempt of court. I have a history of 2 felony drunk driving convictions in a different state. If I turn myself in, what is the likely outcome? Jail time...probation...additional time of revocation on my license, etc?

A party occurred at a hotel in a room reserved by the person who also provided alcohol, an unregistered guest, who was of legal drinking age, that attended the party left the hotel and was arrested for a DUI. Can the person reserving the room and who provided the alcohol be charged with any violation in GA?
It would be difficult to imagine that the person serving alcohol could be criminally charged under the circumstances...
First offender DUI given one year probation. Six months mark coming up, all fines are paid and all requirements are complete. All drug screens clear. Is a judge likely to grant early termination? Nothing was said about it in my original sentencing order. Thanks
