An Inverness couple was arrested early this week on a host of charges that included possession of a concealed firearm and accessory after the fact; marijuana cultivation operations were discovered in two of their residences, and their home at the top of Drakes View Drive in Inverness Park was stormed last night by a Marin County SWAT team with an armored vehicle on hand. The arrests began on Monday, when Teobaldo Schujman, 38, was stopped in San Anselmo for a traffic violation and an officer subsequently found a loaded firearm, metal knuckles and processed, packaged marijuana in his vehicle. A San Francisco man was arrested in Sausalito on allegations he brandished a knife at another man during an argument over a bicycle Sunday. The incident occurred near the waterfront, where the alleged victim accused the suspect of tampering with his bike, said Sausalito police Officer Don Bartol. Comment?

A San Rafael K-9 officer arrested a man on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon and for drug-related offenses Monday. The officer and his canine partner were patrolling the area of Fourth and Mary streets at 6:54 p.m. Monday when they saw a man remove a metal object that was tied to a rope around his neck from underneath his shirt, according to San Rafael police Lt. Sausalito police arrested an in-home caregiver Thursday who is suspected of making purchases with an elderly couple's credit card, a police lieutenant said. The victims, a 97-year-old man under hospice care and his 84-year-old wife, were informed by their bank Sunday that someone had tried to make $11,000 of purchases online with their credit card, Lt. A caregiver was arrested by Sausalito police Thursday on allegations she stole the credit cards of a 97-year-old man in hospice care and his 84-year-old wife. Lamika Alexander, 24, of Vallejo was booked into Marin County Jail on suspicion of burglary, elder theft and credit card fraud. Comment?
