I got an dwi while not in the car, i was at facility for an hr a cop followed behind me turned opposite way I did and watched across street cop said he followed cause didnt come to an complete stop which is false anyways intoxicated friend with caused scene by himself in parkinglot I was brought out asked how we got there said him he said he saw me which he was over 500 yards away looking across dark parking lots so another lie story shortned he patted me pulled my keys outta my pocket gave me dwi, i was at establishment for 45min before comfronted with cop. Now im having worse problems as I got 3 driving on suspended d.l and I shouldnt have even lost d.l more still be fighting this dwi!! I have a suspended imposition of sentence for a DWI that I pled guilty to 3 years ago. I am also going into the field of nursing so I know that I have to report my suspended imposition of sentence and the fact that I pled guilty to the nursing licensure board and on job applications. From what I have read, the nursing state licensure board also requires you to report any criminal record to them and on job applications even after it is expunged. I am graduating from nursing school soon & will be applying for jobs & I really can't stand the thought of losing job opportunities because I have to say I pled guilty to my dumb mistake-DWI.
