LONG HILL - A Morris County man charged with sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl performed the acts on two occasions in August and December at homes he owns in Rockaway Township and in Long Hill, according to an affidavit signed by a detective for the Morris County Prosecutor's Office. Comment?
