thought that i was going to have help right away with money to save everything talk to 2 lawyers that gave me to quoets that were what they were but asked for payments and it was half and half....If u know of anything that can help me with the payments wise or anything at all please let me know cause i need to save my license and whatever else cause this is the way i support my family by driving....I wasnt driving I was stopped and resting intill morning, yet they came back to see why i was there..please let me know anything that can help and i can give u more info on the whole thing ...

I need to win this so i can have my licencse for work ....and when my taxes come in @the beg of the year than i can get the same lawyer that won.....my job is driving class a and also b and c....this is how i support my family ....I did have a .14/1.5 and wasnt driving ....I had left a my parents home after a barbque had 4-5 beers with food was good and than pulled over due to feeling tired .woke up to a chp did agree to a breathlizer please let me know if there is someone out there that can win this hearing
It will be hard to find an attorney that will just do the DMV hearing and be any good. Most reputable DUI attorneys...
If someone got busted for a DUI and gets put on informal probation and then gets a misdemeanor in a different county for public intoxication, will any of the courts be able to find out about it?
It is possible for the court in another county to find out about any violation of informal probation on a sliding scale...
I hate to be vague but IM petrified of incrimination I work nights so I typically fall asleep when the sun rises as opposed to the regular way. Suffice to say I took legally prescribed ambien in the am which is all theyll find in my blood work. Fell asleep a while went to work and ended up getting into a collision on my way home 10 hours later where unfortunately two People got hurt with non life threatening injuries which pains me terribly.. I understand the severity of this case so spare me the lecture So IM now charged with above named crime and with the little money i have retained a dui lawyer but am not sure what the likelihood of me not being convicted of a felony or serving jail time may be. Any words of advice

I had taking a trip to sell my dj equiment to a resturant,when I was there i had 2 beers with engergy in it and also ate food while i was there.I waited a lil before driving and drove almost 2 1/2hrs and got sleepy and pulled over and fell asleep on a on ramp shoulder. had a chp told me to roll window down and asked for all info. i gave it to him and asked where i was driving from and to. I told him everything and than he asked if i had any drugs or if i had been drinking I told him that i 2 beers with my food like 3hrs earlier. he told me to step out to take all the test and i passed all but the breath. I was not driving the keys where out of egination and the seat was all the way back for me to sleep if i wasnt driving can i still get a dui, or could it be droped to something less harsh

I have a few days left to request an admin per say from the DMV after my DUI. I would like to view the police report they will provide before hiring a lawyer. Is this possible? I think I read that the DMV would be asking me if I would be representing myself or be represented by an attorney, and that's who they will send the discovery package to. Is there any way I can have the discovery package sent to myself and still hire an attorney? Can I tell the DMV that I haven't decided if I will be hiring an attorney yet, or that I haven't decided on one yet and request that they send it to me? Thank you!!!
you can get a copy of the report before hiring an attorney... what are you going to look for in the report? you know...
I live in California for over 11 years I was charged for my first dui in San Bernardino county in 2009 and 2010 in riverside I was doing my classes and paying my fees my fiancée a us marine went AWOL and decided to come to Mexico with him , but I also was going to court for some messed up charged my ex - roommate got me into , she gave me a check and reported it stolen bottom line is I have identity theft charges and procession of stolen property and fraud charges etc . my husband want to fix my legal status when he comes back in a year or so but I want to clear this charges as well so impaling to apply for a tourist visa and come back and forth till its fix am I wasting my time and money ? or can the visa be granted ?
You have a lot going on and I do not think it will be solved short of calling an immigration attorney to get this fixed....
