There is a lot more information needed to answer your question. When were you convicted of the one in 2002? When were...

After being arrested for DUI in PA, is the arresting officer allowed to "just walk into my house and demand to wake up spouse?
I was arrested for a prescription medication DUI. I cooperated with arresting officer; I took FST and allowed blood to be drawn. This was not only my 1st DUI, but 1st arrest in nearly 60 years. When officer took me home, he walked into my home without asking or receiving my consent and demanded to speak with my spouse. FYI I was not impaired while walking or climbing steps, so there was no claim I could hurt myself. Is this legal, especially since he was alone on a different floor of my home while I went to get my spouse?

I've needed to take controlled pain meds for over 10 years, was recently arrested for my 1st DUI and criminal offense in 57 yrs
I was tired after driving 56 miles from my friends home to my home. I am 100% disabled for fibromyalgia and severe back pain and qualify for SSDI. I momentarily took my eyes off the road and subsequently grazed a telephone pole while driving in the extreme right lane. I corrected my car and signaled for a right turn, slowed down and made the turn. At approx. 1/3 of a block beyond intersection a marked police car turned on red lights and I immediately pulled over to the right curb and stopped. Five (5) police cars surrounded me with 1 officer each and I was questioned about drinking (answer=no), then questioned if "I was on something" upon which I answered yes and produced prescription bottle. I agreed to Field Sobriety Test and blood test. Is there any way I can beat this charge I PA?

How much more will Dui under controlled substance charge affect employment over regular dui?
I was recently charged with dui controlled substance in pa. I do qualify for the Ard program which will eventually wipe my record clean but I have to wait until a year and a half for that to happen. 1) How much will charge (not conviction) hurt my chances for employment over a regular dui? 2) I have a bachelor's degree from Temple University and many skills. Is that something that could level the playing field to a potential employer with someone who has no arrest record?
There's just no way to answer that, it is applies and oranges. Every employer is different.

Unfortunately, your question doesn't have a definitive answer. Some employers will view drug-use of any kind as an...
How much will dui under controlled substance affect employment?
I was charged with a dui under controlled substance a few months back in PA. I do qualify for the ARD program but I have to wait a long time before it's expunged. My question is how will it look to an employer in the time being? Is it as bad as let's say simple possession or possession with intent to sell? For all an employer know it could have been an over the counter drug in my case. I feel like my charge is a little more spinnable than the others. In my case it will never be a conviction if I complete the program. 1) How much do you think it will affect me in the next year? 2) Should I disclose it and make some lie about it being a prescription drug?
Let me preface this answer by saying that I do not practice in PA, so I do not know of the program to which you are...
