Need to know what I am looking at either time wise or suspension?
There is a lot more information needed to answer your question. When were you convicted of the one in 2002? When were...
I receive S.S.I. And I think the first of my D.U.I's should have been dismissed
It is possible for you to file a motion and request that the court waive or reduce the fines and costs that were...
I was arrested for a prescription medication DUI. I cooperated with arresting officer; I took FST and allowed blood to be drawn. This was not only my 1st DUI, but 1st arrest in nearly 60 years. When officer took me home, he walked into my home without asking or receiving my consent and demanded to speak with my spouse. FYI I was not impaired while walking or climbing steps, so there was no claim I could hurt myself. Is this legal, especially since he was alone on a different floor of my home while I went to get my spouse?

I was tired after driving 56 miles from my friends home to my home. I am 100% disabled for fibromyalgia and severe back pain and qualify for SSDI. I momentarily took my eyes off the road and subsequently grazed a telephone pole while driving in the extreme right lane. I corrected my car and signaled for a right turn, slowed down and made the turn. At approx. 1/3 of a block beyond intersection a marked police car turned on red lights and I immediately pulled over to the right curb and stopped. Five (5) police cars surrounded me with 1 officer each and I was questioned about drinking (answer=no), then questioned if "I was on something" upon which I answered yes and produced prescription bottle. I agreed to Field Sobriety Test and blood test. Is there any way I can beat this charge I PA?

Your remaining probation requirements likely did not just go away. Your case has fallen through the cracks (apparently)...
My girlfriend was at a college party that got busted. She didn't drink but had a cup of beer in her hand at the time. She was scared and did not opt for the blood alcohol test (I was in a similar circumstance but did take the test and passed) so she got a citation for underage drinking. She was told if she took the educational course her record would be clean and that would be the end. Originally from New York, she has since gotten a PA License in addition to registering her car in PA with absolutely no problem. We just moved to NJ. She went to the DMV and they say there is a hold on a suspension for her PA license from nearly 6 years ago. Again, she was told she would be fine after the course and it never came up in getting a PA license or car registration.
Yes you need to hire a criminal defense lawyer in Philadelphia who can look up the file and send a letter to Penndot to...
I received a 2 year suspended sentence, probation, a $900.00 fine and take an "alcohol awareness class". I did the probation, and took the course, then left for another state. Got married, had kids, active in my church, bought a house..etc..Then in 2012 I received a letter from my local D.M.V saying my drivers license has been suspended.(due to the violation in 1984) Kinda like the biblical "LOT" one disaster befell be after another. After losing just about everything, and trying to correct the situation with the morons in Marlborough, I came across this web site. I paid the outstanding $900.00 fine, and signed up for another awareness course. Will this get my license back? And after almost 30 years I think a it's a good idea to maybe "clear the books" on old misdemeanors. and go after..
PA will only lift the suspension if your previous state says your complete. I would reach out to a drivers license...
