I was arrested with the charge of underage consumption . I was at a party where a person was arrested outside ( everyone else was inside besides home owners who were 21 ) who was under 21 ( above 18 ) for being around alcohol . The cops then arrested the house owners for contributing to minors ( which no one was , b / c we are all above 18 ) and that gave them " probable cause " to enter the premises . They arrested all the minors inside myself being one of them . I was thrown on the ground , sustained minor injuries ( bleeding from my shoulder and bruising on my back ) , was never read my rights , or Breathalyzer / sobriety tested . Simply taken to jail and charged . Is there anything I can do ?

I received 3 DUI 's in the state of Tennessee between the years of 1980 through 1986 when I was young and careless. I moved to the state of Florida in 1988 got my license re-instated and did not get another DUI until 1998.Florida permanently revoked my license because it was my fourth. I moved back to Tennessee in 2002 and have tried to get a license here but they tell me Florida has a hold on my license. It is nearly impossible to get a job without a drivers license.I even tried to go back to school to improve my education but was turned down because I didn't have a license and their would be on the job training which required travel. I plan never to return to Florida so is there any way to resolve this?

I was arrested for suspected DUI. I have both a passenger witness and I believe their car tape that will substantiate I was not DUI. I need a "model" so I can produce a motion for dui dismissal. I have a NJ license, got a DUI (and subsequently refused a breathalyzer) in PA, and pleaded into their "ARD" program (i.e. no DUI conviction). Now PA wants to suspend my license (a separate civil case/administrative matter) for one year because I refused. I am moving to TN in one month and am wondering if it is smarter to get my TN license before my driving privileges are suspended in PA, or just keep my NJ license and hope for the best!

I have a possible DUI pending that was received in IL while visiting. I am fighting it, but would like to know possible circumstances. Would TN drivers license be affected if IL sent the DUI conviction to my home state of TN? This would be 2nd conviction in IL, but have no tickets or anything in TN. Any chances for driving relief?
