Wash state suspended me for 2 years, when I went to get my Idaho license Wash state requires a Interlock for five years, I live in Idaho, can I install the Interlock clear my Wash license then get my Idaho license and remove the interlock? Can Washington Suspend my Idaho license for removing the interlock or just keep me from renewing it? My license will clear in 2018 from the interlock in Washington.

My Ex received yet another DUI back in February of this year. This is his 3rd one but the previous two were over 10 years ago. This one is an excessive while caring a concealed weapon while under the influence. So far his pre trial dates have been reset three times. He now has a pretrial hearing setup for 6/17/2013 and was severed with a notice of hearing today. I would like to know what the expected outcome would most likely be in his situation.
