I'm 18, he's 19. We were drinking at my house with my roommate and her boyfriend. Landlord called the cops. We were all sleeping when cops arrived. My roommate woke me up and the cop asked if i had been drinking. I said yes, he tested my eyes by moving his finger. Said he couldn't prove i had been drinking even though i admitted to. Her boyfriend got my boyfriend out of my room. He denied he was drinking but then failed the eye test. There was beer bottles on the table, but he let me and my roommate, who also passed the test, off with a warning, even though the alcohol was in our house. My boyfriend has court on the 11th. What can he (or I do for him) to get in the least amount of trouble. He really is a good guy, it's unfortunate he was the only one to get an MIP. We really need help

The court offered me first offender diversion program , after completing all the requirements , is my driving record clear of the charge since case will be dismissed ? If it is on the DIV print out after completing all the requirements , what is gained by the program ? Does the insurance company have the information ? and do I have to reapply for a new license after the 90 day suspension ?
Your insurance company will be able to see the charge if they do a background check on you. However, after you complete...
