.I was pulled over for failure to put on my blinker (dropped). Officer was aggressive towards me for driving for my friend, who works for the County who he stated to me he disliked in the car. He told me to sign the refusal or I was going to jail that he saw I refused before on my record(2008). One a.l.r form says time of arrest 1:30 & the other 2:30. The DA dismissed the case It never made it to court. I provided d.p.s w/ the disposition they are saying it needed to be Not guilty or acquitted. D.p.s a.l.r lawyer rude to me wont help. I have been w/ out a job since I found out I have no D.L. I am in $ problems now cant work had to move w/ family, I drive in a work van. Help Please

I was arrested outside of a bar for DWI 3rd. According to the offense report, I nodded off in the bar, and went outside to the car and went to sleep. It was about 40 degrees, so the car was running and the heat was on. The offense report states that the car did not move. I was in the bar for a couple hours, and sleep for about 30 minutes. What is likely to happen, and what should the defense be? I was trying to do the right thing by sleeping it off.

I posted about a month ago about a felony DWI I got while sleeping in a parked vehicle in the parking lot of an establishment I got drunk at. Thankfully, I was able to get the DWI dismissed, but the attorney I hired said they are going to refile as PI. I was definitely drunk, but as stated was sleeping it off and waiting for a ride.
