I got a dui 4 years ago and completed my 3 year probation. I understand that there is no expungement of dui's in maryland, but I saw that in certain circumstances you can have court information removed from the maryland case search website. Would this be possible, and if accomplished would employers have any way of knowing about My pbj?
Pursuant to the expungement statute, you may not.
I got a pbj with a three year period which had passed (I had no violations during probation). I know that police officers can see the pbj, but can employers?

A member of my student group posted multiple videos to one of our private facebook pages of himself driving. He was taking these videos with his phone (Which I believe is illegal in Maryland.) Also, he claims in the video that he had been drinking a lot that night. He got home safely without incident on the road. We took the videos down but have them saved somewhere. Are we legally responsible to turn them in? Are we criminally negligible if we don't? Could he himself even get in trouble at this point?

He just said said I will have a court date in the mail. How should I go about this? I don't have anything on my record at all and I have a state job. He didn't tell me what I was charged with either

More specifically- I'm a previous MD resident of almost 20 yrs. Then I moved to Wisconsin & got 2 DUI's within 3 yrs. one of which I only blew .003 & now my DL is susp. for 18 mo. So I'm just wondering if/when I go back to MD will I be able to get a license there. Because they had me in their system for yrs. and also cause in Wisconsin they don't physically take your DL like they do in MD. It's just Suspd. So could I turn in my Wisconsin DL & get mine back in MD ? Or will the MVA see that it's suspd. out of Wis. ? Just curious... Thank yous
